- Resetting your password on this page can only be done if you are the registered owner of the vessel and you have a valid email address on file with the RAM Permitting Division in Juneau.
- If you don't have a valid email address on file with RAM then please contact the RAM
division at 1-800-304-4846 (option # 2) .
- To have the RAM Division update your email address, please contact them using the contacts page.
- If you are not the registered owner of the vessel and you need your password reset, then you will need to contact the registered owner who initially setup your account. The registered owner can then reset your password.
